Joanna is lost

Joanna was driving through the deep dark scary forest. She looked puzzled and drips of water fell from her eyes. She was lost in the forest and her map was so old it was drooping and crumpled up. The pictures on the map were fading into the dark shadows inside the sides of the car. She didn't know where her house was but she drove around in circles and then got an idea. She tried to remember where she had been before she was driving like this. First she remembered she was at the big oak and found the nuts that it led to. She realised her house was close by but there were 2 roads and one of them led to her house.

Under the sea...

Under the sparkly shiny sea there lived a mermaid called Ivy. Ivy had a magic bracelet and a pattern on her tail. One day a sea which with a black coat and a brown hat came to the kingdom. She wanted to steal Ivy's bracelet so she got out her want and pointed at the village. She said " give me your bracelet". So Ivy did and the sea witch cackled and flew off to her cave. When she tried to make magic with the bracelet the bracelet hit her and flew back to her owner. The witch followed, she sped and zig zagged.

Anzac Day soldier

A soldier is standing on his feet shooting people in the trenches. He can see sticky mud stuck to the trench wall and fat worms wriggling in it. He can hear noisy guns firing all around. He can feel little insects biting his wet sweaty skin. He wonders if the war will end soon. He hopes no one else will die.

My blue is happy like the sea and the blue stripe on my favourite picture.
My green is sad like a wilting flower.
My black is colourful like a rainbow in the sky because when you mix it with other colours it makes them beautiful.
My purple is peaceful like the sea.
My kowhai is bright like the shining sun.
My white is plain like the white board.


My orange is scary like an erupting volcano.
My brown is special like chocolate sauce.
My gold is as precious as a baby.
My pink is arty like people painting a box.
My dark blue is a s dark as the deep hole in the ground.
My bronze is as bare as a cave.
My green is the moss that lives on the tree

paper aeroplanes

Today I made  paper aeroplanes. I made small ones and big ones. I made a shop with them it was fun making paper aeroplanes.

Playdoh with princess

Today I made a princess out of playdoh. It had eyes and ears and it had  red  lips. It was great fun with playdoh. 

Beckett

Beckett has a great day at kindy every day because he can read books and play games. When we  come to pick Beckett up from kindy He will have had a good day.

My praying mantis

My  praying mantis  has two eyes and one  nose.  It is the color green. I found it on the trampoline and I am going to let it go soon so it will live.

Egg making

Today I made eggs with eyes and  hair  for easter.

The movies

Today I went  to the  movies with my Daddy.  It was  called Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast.  My favourite  part  was  when they used pixie dust . I ate  popcorn  with spicy flavour. I ate it  all up.
